About the treatment:

Over a series of sessions, hair regrowth becomes finer and slower, often leading to permanent reduction.

Frequency

1. A series of 6–8 sessions is usually recommended, spaced 4–6 weeks apart for best results.
2. Maintenance sessions may be needed once or twice a year depending on hair regrowth.

Pre-treatment:
To ensure safe and effective results:

1. Avoid tanning (natural sun or tanning beds) for at least 2 weeks before your session.
2. Shave the treatment area 24 hours before your appointment — do not wax or pluck, as the follicle needs to be intact for the laser to work.
3. Skip active skincare (retinoids, exfoliating acids, etc.) on the treatment area for 3–5 days prior.
4. Avoid heavy perfumes, deodorants, or creams on the area on the day of your session.

Post-treatment:
For the best recovery and results:

1. Keep the area cool for 24 hours. Avoid hot showers, saunas, and intense workouts.
2. Mild redness or swelling is normal and should subside within 24 – 48 hours.
3. Apply soothing gel or a calming cream to reduce redness or sensitivity.
4. Avoid sun exposure on the treated area for at least a week and use SPF daily.
5. Apply moisturiser regularly to keep the skin from drying out.
6. Do not wax, pluck, or thread between sessions.
