To make a reservation please contact the reception directly. Advance bookings are highly recommended to secure your preferred date and time.

ARRIVAL

Please arrive 15 minutes before your treatment to complete Health Assessment Form and spend some time in our relaxing facilities. 

HEALTHY QUESTIONNAIRE

Upon arrival, you will be asked to complete a health questionnaire with information that will be useful to our therapists. Kindly advise us of any special request, health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect your choice of treatment when making your reservation. 

CANCELLATIONS 

Please give us 6 hours cancellation notice on treatments to avoid any inconvenience. 

UNCARE

We recommend that you don’t sunbathe after facials and depilatory waxing treatments for a minimum of six hours. Treatments such as exfoliations or facials, your therapist can recommend an adequate sun protection available at the Facette Facial Bar boutique. 

HOMECARE 

Extend your experience at home. Most products used in our treatments are available at our Boutique. Your therapist can recommend products suited to your skin conditions.
